Lease Terms
Pet Policy
This community accepts up to two (2) pets per apartment. A $200 pet deposit (refundable); $200 pet fee (non-refundable) for one (1) pet. A $300 pet deposit (refundable); $300 pet fee (non-refundable) for two (2) pets. There is a $25 pet rent fee per animal per month that is required. Your pet will not be able to move in until Vet's certification is received, a pet addendum signed, all fees paid and your pet approved by management. Due to safety concerns breed restrictions do apply: Bull Terriers (Pit, Staffordshire, etc.) Chows, Rottweiler, Doberman Pincher's, American Bull Dog, Shar Pei's, Wolf Hybrids or mixed breeds with these bloodlines will not be allowed. Exotic and farm animals are not permitted.
